The Automatic Top Take-Off Machine is designed to produce high quality tapered take-offs, which can be hand turned to any angle between 0° and 90°.  The cutting plane of this machine is 15° from the horizontal plane, thus requiring 2 cuts for a 90° take-off.  Only one operator is required.
This machine is equipped with a full set of tooling to produce 6", 7", 8" Ø take-offs; or tooling can be purchased separately if only 1 or 2 sizes are needed.  Size changes take only 20-25 minutes to complete.

Also available is the previous ATTOM 6 design, which is a machine dedicated to 6" take-offs only.

The take-offs produced by the ATTOM 678 will need a seating bead.  The ABM 678 completes this for full tab, half tab, and duct board.

The ATTOM 678 has full safety features; including warning labels, an emergency stop button, yellow guards, and a yellow wire mesh safety frame.

Machine cycle time = 10 seconds for all sizes

Load time = 5 seconds (dependent upon speed of operator)

Complete Take-Offs:
4 per minute
240 per hour
1,920 per 8 hour shift
480,000 per year (1 shift/day; 5 days/week; 50 weeks/year)

Assuming labor cost of one operator = $25,000/year, one take-Off = 5.2¢ labor to produce
